About the BWS Family... Herbert (Bert) Williams started a one man machine shop and garage in 1939, in the rear of P.M. Quien Auto Parts. When his sons came out of the United States Army after World War II, he bought a building at 831 First St. on January 2nd, 1946 and the company of Bert Williams & Sons was started.
